State-of-the-art technology for your business
The MAN 175D diesel engine is a V type, available with 12, 16 or 20 cylinders, with 175 mm bore for mechanical or electric propulsion and onboard power generation. Running from 1,500 to 2,000 rpm, it features ratings from 1,440 to 4,400 kW.
The robust and reliable engine design with high-efficiency MAN turbochargers features, amongst other things, an integrated lubrication system with electrical pre-lubrication, and high- and low-temperature split cooling circuits with integrated pumps and thermostats. The advanced MAN SaCoSone safety and control system ensures safe monitoring, control, and operation of the engine.

To deliver a very compact and cost-effective design, the MAN 175D SCR system is based on the most cutting-edge technology. Its great strengths are its flexible arrangement and compactness which optimize the space typically available in confined engine rooms.
With an excellent power-to-weight ratio, airless operation, and closed-loop NOx emission control, the MAN 175D SCR offers a very competitive solution for IMO Tier III applications. Due to its IMO NOx Scheme A certification procedure, the system can be installed directly without further onboard confirmation tests.
